The outdoor ceremony, followed by an indoor reception, will be held at Williams on the Lake in Medina. It is located on Lafayette Road, next to the Medina County Fairgrounds. The event will occur at the Lakeside South building - the larger building labeled B.

Dressy-casual Think: not as formal as what you would wear to black-tie or formal events, but more formal than a regular night out. Females: think summer flowy. Midi dress, a chic jumpsuit, wrap dress, for some examples. Males: Button-down shirts, ties and suit jackets (optional), and dress pants. No shorts, no Hawaiian shirts or polos.

There will be appetizers, a buffet dinner, an open bar, cupcakes, and a late night snack. Majority of the food will be gluten-free, anything that is questionable, will be labeled. There will also be vegan and vegetarian options, such as risotto, vegetables, and salads. Please make us aware of any other dietary restrictions.

Ceremony music begins at 4:00 pm. Bride will walk at 4:30 pm. Cocktail Hour to follow. Reception Introductions at 6:00 pm. Dinner Buffet at 6:15/6:30 pm. Dancing to follow until 11:00 pm. Late Night Snack at 9:00 pm.

If it rains and the outside ceremony needs to be changed, the ceremony will move into the reception hall. Guests would then sit at their assigned seats for both the ceremony and reception.

This will be an unplugged ceremony. Please put away all devices during the ceremony. After that, photography is highly encouraged throughout the evening!

This will be a children-free wedding. Take the opportunity to enjoy an adult date night and celebrate with us!

Plus ones are by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one unless it is listed when submitting your RSVP.

There are hotels in the Medina area and many families members live in this area. If you need somewhere to stay, please book a hotel, utilize a driving service, or stay with family/friends in the area. If there are lack of accommodations, please reach out.
