Chris and Sarah first officially met in the summer of 2008 at a little living history event in Jacksonville, IL.

They had been merely acquaintances for some time and around 2014 been distant friends. But it wasn't until 2016 that they started dating and it was all your cliche history from there!

Over the course of the years, they have grown together, found new hobbies and reignited old ones, raised litters of corgi puppies, antiqued the greater midwestern areas, rode horses together, took on the challenge of renovating a house together, watched that 70's show and countless civil war documentaries, and eaten at every Panda Express this side of the Mississippi River. They are excited for these next steps in their life and can't wait to see what God has in store for them.
