What Time Should I Arrive To The Ceremony?

Ceremony will start promptly at 530pm on April 28, 2024. We ask for all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony time. **If arriving at time of ceremony we ask for guests to wait until ceremony has finished before proceeding to ceremony and reception area to prevent any disturbances**

Will The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception Take Place Indoors or Outdoors?

The Ceremony will take place Outdoors in the garden area of venue (Inclement Weather Alternative As Backup). Cocktail Hour & Reception will take place outdoors (covered) and Indoors. **Please bring a light sweater as cool weather still persist in the evenings during this time of year**

What Is The Dress Code?

We ask all guests to be dressed in Semi-Formal Attire. Spring Colors Are Preferred (Fiery Red, Beetroot Purple, Tangelo, Peach Pink, Empire Yellow, Crystal Rose, Classic Green, Sage Green, Blue Perennial, Sky Blue, Liliac & Cream) We kindly ask no jeans, shorts, flip-flops, or sneakers. **Please bring a light sweater as cool weather still persist in the evenings during this time of year**

What Will Your Wedding-Day Timeline Look Like?

Official Ceremony will start promptly at 530pm, Cocktail Hour will Follow. Reception will commence after Cocktail Hour approximately around 7pm and end at 10pm.

Are Kids Welcome?

Although we would love to invite as many kids as possible to our wedding, due to space/constraints and limited numbers we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named (Immediate/Close Family & Wedding Party) **We kindly ask that parents be mindful of children's noise level and The Foyer behind the ceremony area will be available for accommodation if needed.** **The back Two Rows during the ceremony will be available for quick access to quieter accommodations** **Please also be mindful that alcohol will be flowing and definitely recommend using this as a Night Out. **

Can I Bring A Plus One?

We wish we could invite as many people as possible, unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. However if allowed, their name will be listed on your RSVP profile. We appreciate everyone's understanding.

I Have Dietary Restrictions/ Allergies. What's The Best Way To Let You Know?

Unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions due to pre-planned buffet options (including meat, fish and veggies to be served). However, if any allergies persist please reach out directly - Sarah: 407-760-7461 with any concerns or add it to the notes option when you RSVP . **Menu Options Will Be The Same For All Guests, Including Children**

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony To Post On Social Media?

We respectfully request that "Only Our Ceremony" to be "Unplugged" as professional pictures will be taken during that time. We invite you to relax, enjoy the moment, and we'll gladly share these images with you after the celebration.

When Is The RSVP Deadline?

We kindly request that ALL GUESTS RSVP by (March 17, 2024) on our website portal once formal invites are received. Unfortunately we will not be able to make any accommodations if returned after deadline. If something changes and you cannot make it after you have RSVP, we understand things may come up, please reach out to (Sarah - 407-760-7461) or (Owen - 815-671-7236) no later than (March 31, 2024) so we can make changes.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate a virtual option for the wedding celebration. However, we will be more than happy to share our moments to anyone after the big day.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

We have reserved several room blocks for 3 hotels in the area of the venue. Please see in section (Travel) for hotels, room rates/types and booking links. Reminder: Any cancellations within 72 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one (1) nights room and tax. Any early departures must be made within 72 hours prior to date of arrival. Are the blocked hotels pet friendly/smoking allowed?

Only 1 of our Reserved Hotels are Pet Friendly (Home2Suites by Hilton Cartersville), Courtyard by Marriott Cartersville and Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Cartersville is not Pet Friendly. All hotels reserved are Non-Smoking!

Will Transportation Be Provided from Airport/Hotel/Wedding Venue?

Unfortunately No Shuttles or Transportation to & from Airport, Hotels or Venue will be provided. Transportation Options: Uber, Lyft, Van Shuttle Rental, Car Rental **Please see in section (Travel) for list of Transportation Options during your stay** **Parking Spaces For Venue Can Accommodate up to 180 vehicles, however group rides are encouraged**

Are There Other Recommendations For Lodging If You Do Not Reserve The Blocked Rooms?

Are There Grocery Stores & Restaurants Near The Reserved Hotels?

Do you have a wedding registry & can I bring my gift to the wedding?

We are so excited to have you join our special day and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if we are to be honored with a present from you, we do have a wishing well (card box) that will be available at the reception for your well wishes or a contribution designated to our Honeymoon or New Home Fund in the registry section of our website.
