What should I wear?
The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest that the women wear either a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates and some comfortable shoes for walking outside on some grass for our ceremony and to bust a move in! We suggest the gentleman wear either a suit, blazer, or button down with pants.
How do I RSVP?
We sure hope you'll be able to join us for our special day. To RSVP, we ask that you scan the QR code that'll be located on the back of our invitation. You can simply scan the QR code with your phone camera. From there, our RSVP page on our website will load and then you'll be able to tell us you're coming to celebrate our special day!
When should I RSVP by?
We'd love for you to RSVP no later than July 26, 2025!
Do I get a plus one?
If your invite lists a guest or plus one, they're invited to join the fun! If you received a plus one, they will be listed on your invitation or under your name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!
Are kids allowed at the wedding?
We absolutely adore your little ones, but we kindly request that our wedding be a special adults-only occasion. This way, everyone can unwind and savor the evening to the fullest. Your understanding means the world to us!
What will the weather be like?
Although we can’t predict the exact weather in good ole Buffalo, temperatures in Buffalo in September are typically around 70 degrees during the day and mid 50s-60 degrees at night.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive any time from 3:45pm to 4:15pm. Please no later than 4:15pm; we don't want you to miss the ceremony that starts at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour will immediately follow our ceremony on site.
What's the parking situation?
There is on-site parking and a shuttle will be running guests from the parking lot up to the venue. The shuttle will start no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time and will be stopped while the processional takes place. Overnight parking is possible if you need to Uber/Lyft home!
What is the travel and or accommodation situation?
Please see the "travel" tab for further details on hotel options.
Will transportation be provided?
We wish we could provide shuttle services to and from the local hotels but we are not providing additional transportation on our special day. The ceremony and reception are in the same location and there is plenty of parking available. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft. You can schedule an Uber and Lyft ahead of time in the app.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Fingers crossed, we are hoping to have our ceremony be on the back lawn behind the venue. If there is some rain that day, we will still be outside under the side alcove.
What time does the reception end?
The reception will end at 10:00 pm and everyone has to depart from the venue around 11:00pm. Further details to follow if we will be having an after party!
Can I take photos and videos?
We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phone during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!
Will there be an open bar?
Heck yeah! We will be offering select wine, beer, and signature cocktails. The bar will be open at the start of cocktail hour. The bar will be closed during dinner but will open again right after dinner!
Can I smoke on property?
The venue is a smoke free property. However, you are welcome to smoke in the parking lot just outside of the venue.
I still have some questions, what is the best way to contact you?
