While this is a high school graduation picture, Sarah and Sarajean's friendship goes allllll the way back to middle school basketball and sparkly headbands (there will be NO pictures of those). They have never let their busy lives get in the way of staying close, even though Sarah now has two dogs, a cat, and a daughter! Sarah lives in Idaho Falls and works as an amazing nurse in a local hospital!

Natalie and SJ met on the soccer team at Utah. Even though they logged many, many hours studying (and watching Spongebob) together while traveling for soccer, all of their best memories together come from road trips, banana bread baking sessions, and visiting Natalie's hometown of Elko, Nevada. Natalie lives in California and is a smarty pants who works in biotech!

Erin and SJ met in at an OHSU pickup soccer session. They actually played for the same soccer club in high school, but they weren't in the same age group and didn't know each other. Erin played college soccer on the East coast. Good thing she came back to Oregon, so she could become friends with SJ and Asia! Just like SJ, Erin is going to residency to be a family medicine physician.

Asia is yet another OHSU medical school student and former collegiate soccer player! It's easy to see why SJ, Erin, and Asia are all friends and take photos together from their hiking and skiing adventures. Asia and SJ also both coached youth soccer at the same club in medical school. Asia is going to residency to be an emergency medicine physician!

While Carla and SJ have been friends for the entirety of med school, they became much closer when they were sent to Salem for their psych and surgery rotations. From SJ's perspective, living with Carla was one of the only things that got her through working for an entire month at the Oregon State Hospital. You can catch this dynamic duo tearing it up on the pickleball court, hiking, or paddle boarding on any given day they both have off. Carla is going to residency to be a cardiologist!

Talia and SJ knew they would be friends the moment they met. Jackson and Kyle can't even get a word in when the four of them hang out, so SJ and Talia quickly started having their own adventures without the boys. A former track athlete at UConn and a current dentist, Talia and SJ have plenty in common, and Talia is even willing to run slow enough for SJ to be able to keep up!

You can tell by Grace's oh-so-common last name that she is one of Jackson's relatives. It's fair to say that she and SJ would be friends even without Jackson, though. Grace is a former college soccer player as well, and she's currently a lawyer in Salt Lake! Grace is just as kind as she is impressive, and SJ is more than lucky to get her as a sister-in-law.

Jackson met Henry playing kickball in 2nd grade. Childhood friends turned into college roommates, and the rest is history. Henry works in SLC as a property manager and is an avid sport fan for literally any sport at any time.

Pippen and Jordan, Stockton and Malone, Xander and Jackson. The basketball court rarely sees this kind of chemistry. All the way back in kindergarten recess basketball, Xander was making assists to Jackson. Xander works for his family business in real estate. He is Greek and proud to tell you about it.

Middle school friend turned high school bestie turned college roommate turned Wall Street wiz kid. Roger has done it all. Roger moved to NYC out of college, and now lives in LA working for his family business.

Kyle met Jackson shortly after moving to PDX at a run club. Kyle is an oral and maxillofacial resident at OHSU. He moonlights as a dentist at the local prison and is guaranteed to be everyone's friend by the end of the night.

Connor, also known as the beer sherpa, is seen here in his natural habitat. Connor lives a half a block away from SJ and Jackson in Portland. Connor works as an Excel spreadsheet guru and senior controller.

Dante is known for his running, mustache, and beer-making. Even though he hails from Louisiana, you would think he was born and raised in Portland with that resume. To top it all off, he works from home as an engineer.

Max, or as I call him, Maaaaaaax, is the newest addition to the family. My brother-in-law has helped improve my life by taking care of the two things that were causing me the most stress: my cat (who I left behind when I moved to Portland) and my sister.
