How do I RSVP? When Should I RSVP by?

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type in your full name(s). Kindly RSVP before Thursday, July 20th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Is there a Zoom Option

Yes, we will have an option to view the ceremony virtually! If you can’t make it to the ceremony and would like to view it via Zoom. Please contact either the bride or groom before the RSVP date.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and would like to keep the guest list limited to those specifically on the RSVP section on the website. If you have any questions, we will be more than happy to answer.

Where is the ceremony and Reception?

The ceremony and reception will both be at the venue. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). Signs will be located on the grounds to assist you in the right direction.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive an hour to thirty minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself time to park, mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

Is there a hotel block for out of town guest?

We are so excited and grateful to have family and friends join us from near and far! Under the "Travel" tab on this website you can find our specialized rate for our hotel block! This is the closest hotel to the venue but you are more the welcome to stay somewhere else of your choosing. Make sure you book through the link on this website so you can get our party's lowered rate! Each individual person is responsible financially for their own room.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and we'd hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

Will There Be A Dress Code?

Yes! We would love to see our friends and family get all dressed up with us! Our dress code is formal and we request you avoid wearing ivory, cream, or white. We suggest men wear a suit in any color and women wear an evening gown or formal cocktail dress. The ceremony will be held outdoors so please take note of the weather!

Are Kids Welcome?

Although we love all little ones, invitations will specifically include the names of the children who are attending. Or who are part of the bridal party or part of the bride or grooms family.
