It was October 2017, when Tanner and Sasha were introduced to each other. A mutual friend in college brought them together and brought up the fact they both lived in California prior their move to Boston. They awkwardly bonded and grew a friendship within their similar friend group.

It wasn't long until the two developed feelings for each other and they quickly labeled themselves boyfriend and girlfriend.

It didn't last long. They knew it wasn't the right time to be with each other, so they took a short period apart before developing a proper friendship between them.

They grew a resect, love and fondness over each other. Bonded over movies and television shows and shared their love for food and cooking. They were falling for each other.

They started dating again and decided to make it official again on January 11, 2020. From then on, they continue to deepen their love for each other each and every day that they continue to be in each other's lives.

On January 11, 2023 Tanner and Sasha took a trip to Tromso, Norway. They went on a Northern Lights Tour the night of their anniversary. They stood out in the cold for 2 hours looking for the lights. Their tour guide gave the small group hot chocolate and build a fire where they all huddles together to keep warmth. The clouds were too thick and the guide announced they weren't going to be able to see the lights that night, but that didn't ruin the night one bit. The couple made memories from the experience of bracing the cold and sharing stories with the tour guide that night. Tanner took the night one step further and decided to do the thing Sasha wasn't expecting at all. We asked for a picture to capture this moment, and while preping for the photo, Tanner pushed Sasha aside and she saw him getting down on the floor. She looked down and there he was, shaking and holding out a tiny black box with a smile on his face. He told her his love for her and that he doesn't want to spend life with anyone else. " Will you marry me?" he asked. A solid 10 seconds of stun and shock that seemed like a lifetime (Tanner claims) Sasha said "Yes."

The rest is history. 2 years and some they're finally getting married! And they can't wait to spend this special day with you all.
