Though we thought our story began with a simple match in May 2020, fate had been weaving our lives together long before. Our families had been connected in countless ways for years, setting the stage for a love that was simply meant to be. Once we met, there was no looking back; we quickly became inseparable, making endless memories while splitting our time between Glastonbury and Newport.
June 21, 2020, became our anniversary—a date we’ve celebrated every year since. Over the next four years, we explored our love through weekend getaways, multiple moves across CT, and a shared passion for creating a beautiful life together. In August 2023, we finally planted roots in our Portland home, where making it our own has become our favorite shared project.
Then, on a quiet Saturday morning in September, we promised to continue sharing all of life’s moments, big and small, together. And now, as we prepare to celebrate our June 21st anniversary in a new way, we are thrilled to begin our lives as Mr. and Mrs. Verre, ready for all the adventures that await us.
