Right place at the right time? Absolutely! And some could even say neither of them would have been there if it weren't for the nudge of friends and family. Savanna was supposed to be on an all-expenses-paid cruise. Vincent was busy that night with plans and completely debated humoring his sister to attend a party. But somehow, they both showed up for the gathering at Grimaldi's. Sitting with her mom and a few friends, Savanna took a moment to stop stuffing her face with free cannolis to notice Vincent walk through the door. As he walked over to sit at a table with his sister, Savanna could not stop talking about him to her friends and family. The longer he was there, the louder she would talk about him, knowing there was a chance he may over-hear her giddy, and possibly inappropriate, comments. However, Vincent recalls the night and says, "I could barely look at her for some reason. Okay... I looked at her butt, a lot. It would be rude of me not to!" Just when Vincent was headed out the door, Savanna said in a loud voice, but not too loud (she didn't actually want him to hear because that would have been embarrassing, duh), "Hey, you forgot to get my number!"In the midst of giggling with her table, Savanna heard someone from the table where Vincent had been sitting say, "You should give me your number and I will give it to him." Embarrassed to find out it was his sister, and she had heard all of the comments, Savanna wrote down her number. The next morning, Vincent had a napkin on his shelf with Savanna's name and phone number on it. The two hit it off right away and talked on the phone, as if they had been best friends for years. They racked up hours upon hours of phone conversations before going on their first date. The first date consisted of hockey, making fun of each other, deviously whipping strangers with red vines to see who was more daring, and ended with, can you guess... a kiss? No. A FIST BUMP! Savanna and Vincent knew the relationship was nothing like anything they had ever experienced and cherished their friendship. It wasn't until their 6th date that, thanks to 5 gum's Truth or Dare packaging, Savanna and Vincent shared their first kiss. Immediately after parting ways that night Savanna's mom recalls a text from her that reads, "Best first kiss, EVER!" Since that first kiss, Savanna and Vincent have shared more than a life-time of great memories and look forward to sharing one of their new favorite memories with their family and friends as they vow to forever say, "I love you more than..."
