Our wedding is al fresco! The ceremony and dinner will be outside under the Texas stars.

Ceremony begins at 5:00 PM

Parents with children - Please be aware that our venue is open air and on the cliffs of Lake Travis. Thanks to the cliffs we have stunning views of the lake, but also some pretty treacherous terrain for little ones. We advise parents to find a babysitter for the weekend so that you can fully enjoy the celebration! If that is not possible, please communicate this to us in advance so we can discuss the best options to make sure they stay safe.

Welcome to the Horne/Mehlman wedding weekend!

Ed and Barbara Mehlman invite all friends and family to come meet fellow wedding guests and refuel after a long (or short!) journey with a true Texas experience - Austin style barbecue!

Location: Schmidt BBQ - 12532 FM 2244 Bee Cave, TX 78738 (Drive, 8 min walk from Sonesta, or take the Sonesta Trolley )

Time: 7:30pm - 10:30pm

This is a casual event - please come and go as your travel plans allow. The bride and groom unfortunately probably won't make the BBQ (they are having a very small wedding party rehearsal and dinner but can't wait to see everyone Saturday!).
