Photos of the Ceremony and Reception areas of the venue are available in the photos section of this website. The Ceremony will take place outdoors in the courtyard, cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor shared with the courtyard, and the reception will be held in the grand ballroom.
How many people will be in attendance? The venue is currently operating at half capacity. There will be 130 people at our wedding.
Will social distancing be enforced? To the best of the venue's ability. There will be 6ft "spot" markers on the ground for the bar line, less chairs at each table, the venue is at half capacity. But no, there will be no one "policing" the dance floor or abrasively asking people to leave room for Jesus. Both the ceremony and dinner reception are outdoors, in a completely open air courtyard. Due to a neighborhood noise ordnance, the dance floor is mainly indoors.
The ceremony seats will be "over seated' by 30%, meaning if 130 people are expected, 169 chairs are going to be placed out, to allow for distance between groups if/when desired.
Will everyone be required to wear a mask? We cannot force anyone to wear their mask, but we can ask them to, and encourage, and educate.
Will you require everyone to have a negative COVID test before coming? No, we are not requiring proof of a negative test. We are asking that if you are sick--please don't come. Expect touchless temperature readings of each person entering the venue. See Villa Siena's specific policies/mitigation plan under 'COVID Considerations Tab' for more in-depth details
Will there be a buffet? The apps will be served in individual, covered packages, the meal is plated. There is a wine pour service, so no getting up to retrieve wine, but the Open Bar, you will have to wait in line for
