Ian and Savannah met in junior high through mutual friends, as they were both involved in sports and "Plugged In" at Second Baptist Church. They both had a crush on each other but were too afraid to admit it. They started dating in 8th grade, and this is them at their 8th grade dance.

Ian and Savannah stayed friends throughout high school and would support one another to succeed at football, softball, and XC/Track. This is them during homecoming week their Senior year of high school!

Ian and Savannah graduated from high school and remained close friends during the summer after graduation. They stayed in touch through social media, mutual friend hangouts, and texting. They knew they were about to head off to different cities and colleges, so they made the most of their time together. Soon enough, they realized they were best friends and had always enjoyed their time together.

Ian went to College Station to attend Blinn College, and Savannah went to run cross country and track at Concordia University in Austin. Ian and Savannah, deeply connected, stayed in touch and talked every day through Snapchat or texting. They missed each other dearly and eventually developed profound feelings for one another. Ian invited Savannah to the Texas A&M football game. Savannah, with an off-weekend from cross country, decided to visit as it was the perfect opportunity to see Ian and she loves some Aggie football!

Ian and Savannah couldn't go too long without seeing each other, so Ian came to visit Savannah in Austin and went to ACL together. They had their first official date at Home Slice Pizza (their favorite pizza spot)! During the Calvin Harris show on Sunday night, Ian asked Savannah to be his girlfriend while they stood in the back as "Summer" was being played. It was a moment they both would never forget!

Savannah has always wanted a German Shepherd, and the first thing she did when she had her own place was get a German Shepherd puppy from Craigslist! Kylie <3

Kylie became a huge part of Ian and Savannah's life. She has been through their college years, graduations, careers, and now marriage!
