Guests are welcome to book at the hotel from February 15th-17th. If you plan to arrive on the day of the wedding, February 16th, please keep in mind check in is at 3:00pm and guests can begin arriving at the venue at 4:00PM

Yes! If guests book through the room block at the hotel, the hotel provides transportation along with the venue. If guests do not book at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott, transportation unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

Absolutely yes! There is plenty of parking on site of the venue and if you have a little bit too much fun, it is perfectly okay to leave your car overnight.

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men.

There is nothing specific guests are expected to wear. Please refrain from wearing green as that is reserved for the bridal party.

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate guests who were formally invited on your wedding invitation. During the RSVP process, you will be able to mark who in your party is attending or decline for them.

Yes, if your child was listed on the invitation, they are welcome to come. Please feel free to message me if there are special food accommodations needed for your child.

We will be catering Outback to our venue! We will have a house salad as an appetizer. Steak, chicken and shrimp as the entree's, along with a vegetable medley, fettuccine noodles and bread + butter.
