Some love stories begin in the most unexpected ways—ours started in the fall of 2020, during a global pandemic, when our paths crossed at just the right time. Despite the challenges, something real and lasting grew between us.

When Rohit moved to Tucson in 2021, we took on long-distance, navigating time zones, flights, and countdowns to our next visit. He spent summers in Athens, Ohio, bringing us closer together, until we finally closed the distance in 2024.

Along the way, we built a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. We’ve explored the misty Blue Ridge Mountains, fallen in love with the rugged landscapes of the Pacific Northwest, wandered through the vibrant streets of New York City, and road-tripped through almost all of Arizona. We've cheered each other on through three degrees, new career opportunities, and all the little moments in between.

But what means the most is the life we’ve built together—the friendship, the partnership, and the deep love we share. We’ve come to love each other’s friends and families as our own, and we feel so lucky to have such an incredible community surrounding us. Our home is filled with love—not just between us, but with our sweet cats, Mars and Donna, who bring warmth, mischief, and endless joy into our lives.

When we got engaged in Sedona, with the breathtaking red rocks as our witness, it felt like everything had fallen into place. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
