Savannah and Austin met at the beginning of June 2019 through a mutual friend at Taco Bell. They continued to hang out through the rest of June and into July. Through the help of friends, they had their first date on July 4th watching the fireworks at Summit Park. On July 20, 2019 Austin asked Savannah to be his girlfriend with flowers, chocolate, and "Forever" by Chris Brown playing in the background.

3 weeks after they made it official, Savannah moved to Newark, OH (2 hours away) to start college at OSU. Austin stayed back in Milford, OH to start his senior year of high school. On Savannah's first day of school, they had their 1 month anniversary.

Austin and Savannah dated long distance, during the school year, for 4 years. The distance pushed them to grow as people themselves, so they could grow as a strong couple together.

On April 29, 2023, right after Savannah finished her senior year of college, Austin proposed to Savannah at Summit Park where they had their first date. Austin invited all of their closest family and friends to join on this special day.

Now, on July 20th, 2024, on their 5-year anniversary, they will come together as one and start their "forever" together.
