26141 NE North Shore Rd Tahuya, WA 98588Head West on HWY 3 towards Belfair for 8 miles.Take a Right at the Starbucks/first stop light in Belfair. Old Clifton Rd will turn into North Shore Rd.Go straight through 4-way stop towards Belfair State Park on HWY 300/North Shore Rd for 4 miles.Take the next paved rd, Right turn after Belfair State Park on NE Belfair-Tahuya Rd.Stay on Belfair-Tahuya Rd for 8 miles.Take a Right turn on NE Dewatto Holly Road towards Dewatto.Stay on NE Dewatto Holly Rd for 4 miles.Take a left turn on North Shore Rd.Rd will turn into gravel, follow for 1.5 miles, you will go down a hill. Before you start driving uphill again, the venue's white metal gate will be on your Right.

Story of Savannah and Zach

We started our college journey at community colleges and found ourselves both as transfer students to Eastern Washington University. It wasn't by mistake that we both ended up on the same dorm floor of Anderson Hall. We met as most do in the initial days at a new college, meeting those on the floor that we would spend the next year with. Eventually we began hanging out in the same friend group, and even ran into each other at church. It didn't take long for us to realize that we wanted more in our friendship. On November 14, 2014, we went to a rock concert and made it official while waiting in line to get in. We both bought a band t-shirt to remind us of this day! Needless to say, we grew up together, watching each other figure out what we "want to be when we grow up", and we grew closer as we were facing adulthood. Whether it was Savannah going on mission trips or Zach moving across state for a new career, it was evident that God was with us in our relationship. We had to lean on Him when we weren't together and trust that this was His story for us. After Savannah's graduation in 2017, we found ourselves both in the same area again! We shared a sweet year together, experiencing the joys of being a short 20 minute drive from one another. However, long distance soon became our reality again when Savannah decided to go back to school. We knew it wasn't going to be easy but Zach was reassuring and the most supportive and patient partner. We always knew we were meant to be and that God desired for us to one day be married. This peace was comforting as we spent the next 2 years apart. On June 26, 2020, Zach got down on one knee, and with the biggest smile on his face, asked Savannah to marry him. And of course she said yes. Now it's time to plan our big day, the day we have dreamed of, and we are excited to celebrate with you all!

Can I bring a plus one and/or kids?

Due to the safety of all of our guests, our guest list is strict. Only those who have been invited can attend. When making your RSVP online, the name of each invited guest will be listed.

Will you encourage social distancing?

Yes! Social distancing will be highly encouraged! Our hopes are to create a ceremony/reception space where guests are able to keep a safe distance.

Are masks required? Will they be provided?

As of now, masks are required. They will NOT be provided.

How many people will be attending?

We are expecting about 90 to be in attendance.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The reception will be held under an event tent without walls. The venue is a large beach-side property with lots of space to roam.

Where should guest park? Is parking free?

Parking is free and there is parking at the venue. With that being said, the parking is VERY limited. Guests will be parking along side dirt roads in the forest part of the venue. Guests will be parking side-by-side, and front-to-back. This means that when guests go to leave, it may require other cars to be moved first. If you plan on staying later, please come extra early to ensure you have one of the first parking spots. Please please carpool!!

How will food and drinks be served?

Dinner will be served buffet style, with wait staff assisting while wearing masks and gloves. Tables will be called one by one to receive food. While at the food tables, we ask all guests to wear masks. Drinks will be served at a bar separate from the buffet tables. Guest are asked to maintain distance and to wear a mask while at the bar.

Will there be sanitizing stations?

There will be a two-stall restroom trailer equipped with handwashing sinks in each stall. Hand sanitizer will be present at each table and a station will be placed at the front of the buffet line.
