Please arrive at the venue and find your seat 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins at 5 pm. Our ushers, Porter Landefeld, and Trevor Desamours, will help you find your seat as you arrive at Davis & Grey Farms! The reception area will not be open until after the ceremony.

There is a parking lot located in the front of the venue! When you arrive, our security will help guide you in parking and our ushers, Porter Landefeld and Trevor Desamours will help guide you to the ceremony space and your seats!

Stick around to send off the newlyweds at 10 pm following the reception!

Due to limited space, only those named on the invitations and in your RSVP “household” may bring a plus one!

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire! We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or nice pantsuit. Along with your formal attire, colorful floral patterns and styles are highly encouraged! Ladies, please do not wear a white dress.

Weather permitting, we are planning for an outdoor ceremony and indoors reception! In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place in the indoor chapel at the venue. The cocktail hour space is outside so please dress accordingly for the weather!

We will be having an unplugged ceremony during which we ask that you have your phones away and silenced so that we can all be present during this special moment and our wedding photographer can capture the best possible pictures! Please take any and all photos that you wish before or after our wedding ceremony!

Please make sure to include all children that will be coming in your household’s RSVP!

Yes, there will be a cocktail hour during which you are welcome to play games, take pictures, and there will be drinks and snacks provided

Yes, there will be an open bar during the wedding reception. Please plan your transportation/travel home accordingly for the night!

If you leave your car at Davis & Grey Farms, it will need to be picked up by 10 am the next morning and you will need to arrange this with their office. We would not recommend leaving your vehicle unless absolutely necessary.
