Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
The venue has a large parking lot with plenty of free parking for guests. You are also permitted to leave your car parked at the venue overnight and pick it up the next morning if need be.
Can I bring my child/children?
As much as we love kids, this is an ADULT ONLY celebration and want you to leave the kiddies at home so you can kick back, let your hair down and enjoy yourself!
What is the dress code?
We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best cocktail or formal attire!

Is there a block of hotel rooms reserved?
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn in Eastgate. It is about 11 minutes away from the venue. When calling to make your reservation, please mention the Bates-Langsdale Wedding in order to receive a discounted rate. Please call (513) 752-8584 to make your reservation.
