Q + A

How early should I be there?

I recommend attending 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Where would I park?

There is complimentary guest parking. Please enter by pulling up close to the green electric gate and it will open. Drive down the beautiful driveway, there will be parking attendants on the right that will show you where to park.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal. This means guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. No jeans please! We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams. Please prepare for the weather as the ceremony and reception will both be hosted outside.

How should I RSVP?

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope. Kindly RSVP before June 9, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after that date will be marked as 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after the deadline- you will be missed!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list " (your name & Family" When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Are kids welcomed?

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both will be held outdoors, prepare for the weather accordingly.

How does seating work?

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for immediate family and bridal party to have first two rows in the front. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging the tables, so our guests are sat with those they know by indicating with the name card at each chair.

What if I am late for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend guest arrive between 5:30 PM - 5:45 PM so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, please quietly sit in the back row until the entire ceremony is finished. Thank you for your understanding!

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking. Make sure you pick up your car from the venue the next morning.

Can we take our own pictures + videos throughout the day?

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken! This is such a special day for us, and we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be present with us! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of reception, we encourage you to do so!
