Savannah and Denson's story started in the fall of 2019 in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Everyone gets excited meeting new people on the first day of school, but luckily for Savannah and Denson, they got to meet the person they would later fall in love with and spend the rest of their life with.

In most classes, students get to choose where they get to sit and often pick to sit beside their best friend. However, God had better plans for them because their teacher already had assigned seats for each student, and Savannah and Denson were seated right next to each other.

After only talking a few days they quickly realized their connection and how much they had in common. From their passion for Jesus to their desire to be nurses, to being in love with all things related to football their draw towards each other was undeniable. Denson knew he couldn't let another day go by without getting to know Savannah more so he decided to ask her to be his date to Waccamaw High School's homecoming dance.

The two continued to motivate one another in more ways than one. From showing up for one another’s sporting events to working hard at their jobs, to studying together throughout high school. They both saw the amazing potential in one another and helped each other become the best person they knew they could be. All of their hard work soon paid off because they were both accepted into one of the most accredited nursing programs in the country, Clemson University.

The two have only grown closer during their time at Clemson. From thousands of study dates, to ski trips, to football games, to being captains of several intramural football teams the two continued to push themselves to take advantage of every opportunity. Savannah and Denson even took on the courageous role of rescuing their puppy, Daisy, from the sick hold section of an animal shelter and providing her with a loving and nourishing household. Daisy is the perfect "dog"ter making them the happiest family of three.

Now five years later, Savannah and Denson have continued to feel so blessed through God’s goodness in their life and can't wait to continue to see his plan unfold. They are eagerly waiting to officially tie the knot and be united as one in May of 2025!
