What is the timeline?
4:30PM - Ceremony,
5:00PM - Cocktail Hour,
6:00PM - Dinner,
7:00PM - Time to celebrate!
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! A party bus will be provided for a limited time for guests staying at the Delta Marriott or Holiday Inn . If you are in a hotel within walking distance of either of these two, you may walk over to either the Delta Marriott or Holiday Inn catch the bus! The bus will begin picking up guests around 3:20 PM. The last pickup will be around 4:10 PM. Please keep in mind that the bus is travelling between the two hotels before arriving at the venue. Please make every effort to be on time for pickup. The bus will begin transporting guests back to the hotels beginning around 10:30 PM.
When should I arrive?
The ceremony will take place in the garden at 4:30PM. Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early - just to give yourself some extra time! The bar will be open around 3PM for guest who arrive early (although it will be a cash bar until cocktail hour).
When is the RSVP deadline? How do I RSVP?
The RSVP deadline is Saturday, June 1st, 2024. RSVPs not received by this date will be assumed as declined. Please respond through our "RSVP" link. If you have any trouble using the link, please text Savannah at 315-219-7063
Is there a block of hotel rooms?
Yes! Please check out our "Travel" page. We have reserved blocks at the Marriott and the Holiday Inn.

Where can I park?
There is a free parking lot to the left of the venue. It is the first parking lot you will see when you come up the driveway. There is additional parking behind the building.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire! This is a blend of formal and casual. Women typically opt for a midi or tea-length dress and men usually wear a suit and tie or trousers and a dress shirt. When selecting your outfit (especially your footwear), please consider that the ceremony will be in the garden - prepare for grass, and the reception will be indoor on hard wood flooring. Our bridal party will be wearing black - but this color is not off limits for our guests!!
Can I bring my kids?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event.
How should I prepare for the weather?
The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors - so make sure you prepare yourself with sunscreen, a hat, or an umbrella if needed! Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.
Food + Bar
We will be serving hor d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dessert later in the night. If you have any dietary restrictions please reach out to us ahead of time! We will have an open bar for the duration of the night following the ceremony.
Accessibility
Both the ceremony and reception will be handicap accessible.
