Am I allowed to bring my children?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your kids at home so you can celebrate with us. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask us!
Am I allowed to bring a date?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Is there a dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Cocktail attire is requested. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with slacks and women wear a semi-formal dress or blouse and skirt. Wear whatever colors you are comfortable in, but we ask that you please refrain from wearing any shades of white.
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
When you RSVP, there will be a dedicated area where you will be able to inform us of any dietary restrictions.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.
Am I able to take photos at your wedding?
We invite you to be fully present with us. We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, so please keep all devices turned off during the ceremony- the photographer is there to take plenty of photos that will be shared with you. Please refrain from sharing photos of the ceremony on social media before the bride and groom get the chance to share their big day.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Once the ceremony concludes, there will be a cocktail hour held under the pavilion where hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served.
Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?
We are so excited to have you join our special day and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if we are to be honored with a present from you, a monetary gift towards our honeymoon fund would be very much appreciated.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 182 Meadow Spring Ct. Temple, GA 30179. We will also have a wedding card box will be at our reception.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place in an outdoor area; we recommend flat-soled shoes, chunky heels or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors.
Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?
Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony.
How do I get to the wedding venue?
You are able to search Chapman Hill Weddings + Events on your smart phone. The address is
1960 Jett Roberts Rd. Jefferson GA 30549. You can take i-85 North to exit 140 to Holly Springs Rd then take the first right on Jeff Roberts Rd.
Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotel and venue?
There is one bus that will be picking up guests from the La Quinta promptly at 3 pm. The bus with depart the venue to head back to the hotel at 10 pm. The bus has 56 seats, first come first serve.
