The ceremony and reception will be held at The Island House! The address is 2658 Swygert Blvd, Johns Island, SC 29455. Both events will be held outdoors! While Charleston evenings in April are beautiful, they can get a little cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. Also for ladies - the ceremony is on grass so be cautious of skinny heels!

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:00pm to ensure a timely start. To make your arrival enjoyable, our bars will be open at that time, offering beer, wine, and bubbly to sip on while you find your seats. The full bar will open after the ceremony. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our venue is a little further from downtown, so we kindly ask you to plan ahead to ensure a smooth journey. As our wedding falls during late afternoon, please be aware that traffic may be heavier due to rush hour. We recommend allowing at least 30-45 minutes to travel to the venue, depending on your starting location. Limited Rideshare Availability: Uber and Lyft options may be limited near the venue, so we suggest booking your ride early or coordinating with friends to carpool! We're excited to celebrate our big day with you! The dress code is Spring Formal. For men, a suit and/or dress shirt with dress pants is appropriate (tie is optional). For ladies, midi to floor-length dresses/ dressy pantsuits are perfect! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Please RSVP directly on our wedding website by February 15th, 2025! RSVP will become available when invitations are sent.

Our wedding will be an adults-only event (except for immediate family). We hope you understand and take this as an opportunity to enjoy a night off!

While The Island House does provide on-site parking, we recommend taking a quick Uber ride so that you can take advantage of the open bar! For your convenience, we’ve arranged Uber vouchers to make transportation easier. Please see the Travel & Transportation page for more details! You can also leave your car overnight at The Island House, but it must be picked up in the morning by 10am.
