Welcome Party Transportation

Depart to Conti Thun Vineyard:

A bus will be available to take our guests to the Welcome Party. The buses will pickup at several hotels as it heads south on the route to Conti Thun Vineyard. The hotels are all close so please be at one of the following hotel entrances NO LATER THAN 5:25 PM. Pickup time is locations follow:

- Hotel Villa Florida

- Grande Hotel Fasano

- Hotel Villa Capri

- Grande Hotel Gardone

(NOTE: The wedding party will attend the rehearsal and arrive 30 minutes earlier by a separate bus).

Return to Gardone Riviera hotel area:

The return bus will pick-up from Conti Thun at approximately 10 PM. It will head north and drop off guests at the designated hotel locations listed above. If you are staying in a rental, you can arrange for a taxi or shuttle service to your final destination from one of these hotels.

Car drivers: parking is available at Conti Thun Vineyards.

Wedding Venue Transportation

To Villa Bettoni:

An air-conditioned ferry boat will be available to take our guests on a scenic journey along the stunning Lake Garda coast. As the boat cruises northward for approximately 40 minutes, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the shimmering lake, lush hillsides, and charming lakeside villages, creating a picturesque backdrop that perfectly sets the tone for the celebration ahead.

All guests will be picked up at Hotel Grand Fasano. Please proceed to the private hotel pier behind the patio bar terrace for pick-up NO LATER THAN 2:50 PM.

Note: Boat pick-up times subject to change depending on weather.

Return to Gardone Riviera:

A bus and shuttle service will be available from Villa Bettoni to return guests to several designated hotel locations along the south bound route. Drop-off locations follow:

- Hotel Villa Florida

- Grande Hotel Fasano

- Hotel Villa Capri

- Grande Hotel Gardone

Return shuttle services are estimated to start at 10 pm with a van service, followed by a bus at 11 pm and a final bus at 11:30 pm.

Car drivers: a small parking lot will be opened for the vendors and may be used for wedding guests, as space permits. Otherwise, public parking is available along the roads surrounding the venue.

How do I travel from Milan Airport (MXP) to Desenzano Del Garda by train?

Catch the Malpensa Express train from inside the airport to Milan Centrale Station. From there, take the Italo train directly to Desenzano Del Garda Station, where you can rent a car, take a taxi, or organize a private shuttle to your hotel or rental property.
