The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. We do have a back up plan indoors. The reception will be held inside the barn. The barn is not heated however it does remain pretty warm.

The attire is formal. Keep in mind that the ceremony will be held outdoors and reception indoors.

There is a bus leaving from the Urban Planet parking lot at 3pm and from Best Western on Lakeshore Drive at 3:15pm and returning at 11pm and 1am. If you're driving: You can input "185 Birchgrove Dr W, Callander" into your maps application on your phone for the best directions. If that's not possible and you are coming from North Bay: - Head South on Highway 11. - Take exit 329 on to Lake Nosbonsing Rd., Road 654 towards Callander. - Turn right onto Lake Nosbonsing Rd toward Nipissing, Callander. - Turn right onto Tillicum Bay Rd. - Turn left onto Birchgrove Dr. W - Destination is on the left, 185 Birchgrove Dr. W.

This is a kid friendly wedding and we are excited to celebrate with the entire family. Please be aware that there are multiple ponds located on the property and we ask parents to keep a close eye on your children to keep everyone safe. We're excited to see the children on the dance floor, but ask that they stay off it during special dances and speeches. If anyone happens to be vocal during the ceremony, we kindly request you that you please step away.

We've decided to do a cash bar with all wine, beer, spirits and cocktails being $4. However, complimentary red and white wine will be served on the tables during dinner and various other complimentary drinks will be available through the day.

The ceremony begins at 4pm.

Signs will guide you from the entrance to the parking lot.
