Yes, you need your passport book (not the card)! Please check your passport expiration date and ensure that it is valid for 6 months after travel, per Mexico guidelines. Please allow plenty of time, passports take up to 3 months to process and are about $130-$160 in price. (FYI you will need birth certificate and valid government ID)

Because this is a destination wedding, your attendance can only be confirmed by submitting a deposit for your room at the resort. All deposits are due by April 5th. Deposits can be as low as $100 and are refundable until 12/5/2024.

Please reserve your room by April 5th with our travel agent. After this date the bride and groom will forfeit the rest of the rooms which means you may not get the same rate as others or run the risk the resort is entirely booked.

Yes! You can make payments through our travel agent! $100 is due to hold your room by 1/5/2024. 1 night per room (per person) is due by 12/5/2025. ** after this date your room is non-refundable. Full amount due 2/5/2025.

The bride and groom hand picked the best travel agent to work with. She is handling all the communication with resort and wedding planner at the resort to make planning easier on you and the bride and groom. Having a larger group also has added perks in the planning process and your stay! The bride and groom greatly appreciate you booking through her!! Booking through them also allows you to pay in payments and not in full!

You will book your own flights and fly into Puerto Vallarta’s International Airport.

Transportation is not included in your room rate or by the hotel. Sharon will coordinate the transportation for all guests that book in our room block through a third party company and the cost will be added to your final invoice.

The resort is split down the middle. Secrets is adult only (+21) and Dreams is family friendly! All guests staying on the Secrets side can access the Dreams side but Dreams guests cannot access Secrets even if an adult. All wedding events will be on the Dreams side so this is your preference!

We really hope you use this time to also take a vacation, therefore you can bring extra guests. We do ask that for the wedding events, only the individuals on your invitation attend. If another room is needed please let us know, we want make sure there are enough for our wedding guests!

The Bride and Groom will be arriving Weds, 4/30/2025 - Weds, 5/7/2025. The Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be held Friday, May 2nd, 2025. Please feel free to extend your stay as long as you would like and enjoy yourselves. Donovan and I want everyone to treat this trip not only as a wedding celebration, but also a vacation! **This resort requires a 3 night minimum stay during booking.
