If your plans are not yet finalized, we kindly ask that you RSVP by March 15, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on our website or if you have questions, please contact us directly. If we have not received your RSVP by the specified date we will assume you are not able to attend and we will mark you as “not attending”. Thank you in advance for submitting your RSVP by March 15.

While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We kindly ask that our guests not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named when you RSVP on our website. Thank you so much for understanding.

Please arrive by 4:30pm. Our guests will be greeted with a complementary glass of champagne and be escorted to the ceremony seating.

Our wedding dress attire is Semi-Formal and our wedding venue is all indoors so weather should not be a concern. Ladies, think flowy/ midi dresses, timeless silhouettes, please avoid white and cream colored clothing. Men, think dress pants paired with a button up shirt, a blazer or suit jacket and tie, please leave the jeans at home. If you would like to dress in our wedding colors, we will be bringing in hues of blues, purples and pinks.

The Elia is located in Downtown Wilmington on N. Front Street. We encourage our guests to make accommodations at a near by hotel so they can walk or uber if needed.

Yes, there is ample street parking around the venue, two large parking lots a block away: River Place Parking Lot (14 Grace St, Wilmington, NC 28401) + Water Street Parking Deck (210 N Water St, Wilmington, NC 28401) and the local hotels also offer onsite parking as well.
