Like many couples in our generation, we met on a dating app. No, not Tindr! We met on Hinge! We immediately started talking once we matched, and the conversation was easy right away. For two introverts, this was probably the best way we could have met and started to get to know one another. We figured out we were both on the nerdy/geeky side, which really helped break down some walls! Before we knew it, a week had passed from when we started talking, and we were meeting each other to go bowling together.

Once we met in person, we knew we clicked right away, and it was hard to say good-bye to each other, even that first time. We kept talking, planning dates, and growing more and more intertwined as a couple. Our families met each other, and both sides got along with each other easily. That was such a relief!

Through it all, we've kept our faith in God at the center of it, praying for each other and the other's family, as well as that God would guide our relationship in the right direction. And He has been faithful to us! On July 27, 2024, Cole proposed at the Knoxville Zoo in front of the giraffes!

We are looking forward to continuing our life together after we make our marriage vows in front of God and our families, and we look forward to celebrating with you all on April 5, 2025!
