Lots to do around the small town of Murphys. Go on a guided tour of Mercer Caverns or Explore the Calaveras Big Trees. Afterwards, stop in Murphys for a bite to eat or an ice cream treat on their main street.

Go walk across the Golden Gate Bridge or walk down the piers and enjoy good food on pier 39. There is tons of stuff to do!

Spend a day at the beach or visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Tons of beautiful hikes for any level of hiker. (If you want to go to Yosemite for a day make sure you know what day you want to go and check on the National Park Service website to see if you need a permit to enter the park. Some days require permits and others do not)
