Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your formal invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed under your name when you RSVP. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

As much as we love your littles, we are not able to accommodate children, due to the limited capacity of our venue. Our wedding is going to be an adults-only event, aside from kids in the wedding party. We hope that you take this as an opportunity to have a fun date night! Thank you for understanding!

Our ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM, so we recommend our guests start arriving at 5:30 PM to ensure you get a good seat in time.

We are asking our guests to have an "unplugged" ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We have hired very talented photographers and videographers to capture our special moments, which we will share with you after our special day! After the ceremony, feel free to snap away!

We would love to see our closest friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is formal to black tie optional.

Our ceremony will be held at Central Baptist Church in Jacksonville. After we say, "I do", we welcome you to join us for drinks, dinner, and fun at our reception! Guests will commute to the West family hangar at the Cherokee County Airport, after the ceremony wraps, for cocktail hour.

Since our reception location will still be an open and running airway transportation facility, cars will have to be parked outside of the airport gates. Don't worry! There will be valet parking available for all guests! Just pull up to the farthest hangar down and there will be attendants waiting to park your vehicle for you.

Yes, drinks are on us! We will be offering a full open bar of beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.
