With hearts full of love, Scarlett and Avinash invite you to celebrate the beginning of their forever.
Do I need Disney park tickets to attend the wedding or reception?
No! You do not need Disney park tickets to attend our wedding or reception at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
The Grand Floridian is a resort hotel, not a theme park. Guests staying offsite are welcome to drive directly to the resort—just let security know you’re attending a wedding. Park tickets are only required if you plan to visit the Disney theme parks on another day.
Is rideshare available at the resort?
Yes. Uber and Lyft drop-off and pick-up are available directly at the Grand Floridian and are a convenient option, especially after the reception.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 30 or more minutes early to allow time for parking, security, and finding the ceremony location.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be indoor at Pavilion, cocktail hour outdoor at porch at the Whitehall room and patio and the reception will be indoor at the Whitehall room and patio. Weather-appropriate planning has been taken care of, but we recommend checking the forecast before traveling.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome to attend.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our Photographers will capture the moments and we be glad to share them with you after the ceremony
Is there a hotel block or place you recommend staying?
We do not have a formal hotel block at this time. Guests are welcome to stay on or off Disney property based on what works best for them.
What airport should I fly into?
The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is about a 30-minute drive to the resort.
Do guests need to tip bartenders or service staff?
No, thank you. All food and beverage service gratuities have been graciously taken care of by the couple.
Where should guests arrive for the ceremony, and where should we park?
The ceremony will take place at the Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, which has its own private entrance located just beside the main entrance of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. The pavilion can be easily found on Google Maps by searching “Disney’s Wedding Pavilion.”
You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see signage marked “Wedding Pavilion” along with an image of Cinderella’s Coach. At the gated entrance, please use the security call box and let the guard know you are attending the Snider–Rahurkar wedding at the Wedding Pavilion, and the gate will be raised for you.
Complimentary parking is available at the Wedding Pavilion for the ceremony. Please note that following the ceremony, guests will need to move their vehicles to the Grand Floridian Convention Center parking area for the reception.
To ensure a relaxed arrival, we kindly recommend allowing approximately 45 minutes from the resort gate to the Wedding Pavilion, as Disney internal roads and traffic may take additional time.
Where should guests park for the reception after the ceremony?
Following the ceremony, guests are kindly asked to move their vehicles to the Grand Floridian Convention Center parking lot for the reception.
To access this lot, please enter through the main entrance of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and inform the security guard that you are attending the Snider–Rahurkar wedding at the Grand Floridian Convention Center. You may be asked to present a photo ID, after which the guard will direct you to the appropriate parking area.
Parking at the Convention Center is complimentary for the duration of the event.
