Where do we begin?

Our story started in 2018, going into 2019 (New Years Party) at a local bar.

I go in with friends and listening to the band.

Sitting at the bar, I look over at Lisa (Nicks mom) and ask her, “who the hell is that guy in the blue shirt?!”

Immediately, she said “oh hell no!”

From there, it was on. We talked all night, until 15 until midnight, he looked at me and said “I need to find someone to kiss at midnight” and winked at me, with the Nick Toby smirk on his face. I looked at him, and said “you better find someone quick!” And left it at that.

A few weeks later, he had added me on Snapchat and seen where we were out for my birthday, and he came out. Buying drink after drink.

Few weeks later, we were inseparable. Together all day, everyday. It was one of those things, you just knew right then and there that this was meant to be.

Almost a year into it, life happens, we separated and didn’t talk.

I went on, he went on.

End of 2020 came, after both of the worst breakups we had ever went through, we started talking randomly back and forth here and there.

December 2020, he moved in with me and Tayton (he was SO excited to have Nick back!) and we made it official (again ) January 2021.

I knew 100% from the day I met him, that he was my forever. My best friend, and I was gonna marry that boy. The boy in the light teal long sleeved shirt, dark jeans, and dirty work boots that night I met him in that dirty dark crowded hole-in-the-wall bar. Something about that shit-eaten smirk, and those dark eyes made you fall in love with him from the moment you met him.
