So it all started with Scott going to a soccer game with his house-mate Neil. Our team wasn’t that good but on this particular night, NYCFC beat DC United who was the best team in the league. On the way home, they decided to have a celebratory drink at their local watering hole, Johnnies Tavern.
When Scott and Neil walked in, they went to the back and Neil started chatting it up with a friend of his. This friend happened to be Katrina. They all made small talk and even took a photo to mark the occasion. Scott and Katrina didn’t talk much that night but when they left, Scott and Kat exchanges numbers. Kat put Scott in her phone as “Scottish Scott.”
They ended up texting each other and having conversation the next day and then they’ve spoken every single day since!
