How do I RSVP?
Visit the RSVP tab on our website and enter the name of someone in your group - each person in your group should then appear at once. You can also call/text Scott or Hannah.
Can I bring a plus one?
To stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!
When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to 4:00 to ensure you have enough time to park, sign our guest book, and be seated by our ushers. If you wish to arrive sooner, you can view the artwork in the galleries located on all 3 floors of the museum. It is free to the public.
Where is the best place to park for the ceremony?
Please see map below for details on parking at Plains Art Museum. Additionally, if there is no free street parking available near the Plains, a free parking garage (Roberts Commons Garage) is available nearby.
Will there be a shuttle?
Yes! Guests who are staying at ClubHouse Suites (currently fully booked) will be able to ride the complimentary shuttle from the reception to the hotel. Shuttle schedule will be posted here about 1 week prior to wedding.
Guests not staying at ClubHouse Suites will be able to utilize Uber or Lyft. Vehicles may be left in the TAK parking lot overnight.
Can I take pictures?
We ask for the ceremony, please do not take pictures. Otherwise, you may take pictures throughout the day!
