Weather permitting, all wedding events will be outside. Please keep in mind we will be at high elevation and the evenings can cool down. We recommend styling your look with and without a light jacket so you are comfortable from start to finish.

Shuttles will be provided on wedding day to and from the event venue, departing from the heart of downtown SLC.

Shuttles depart for the venue at 4:00pm. Please arrive prior to departure time to ensure an on time departure to the venue. While we recommend guests use the shuttle service, Uber and Lyft are also easy options from downtown to Millcreek Inn.

SHUTTLE DEPARTURE FROM THE VENUE: Shuttles will depart from the venue at 10:15pm and 10:45pm, returning to the Le Méridien. We highly recommend taking the shuttle back downtown as getting an Uber, Lyft or other car service that isn’t pre-booked will be very difficult at that time of night up the canyon.

FOR THOSE WHO CHOOSE NOT TO USE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE: If you prefer to travel to the venue on your own, ride share or car service is recommended as parking at the venue is quite limited. Please plan to pre-book your arrival and departure times as phone service in the canyon can also be unpredictable. If you do need to drive yourself, very limited parking is available in a small lot just above the venue on the opposite side of the street. We also ask that anyone driving on their own refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages during the celebration.

We kindly ask that you don’t take photos or videos during the ceremony as to not impede our professional photographer & videographer. Following the ceremony, please take as many photos and videos as you would like. We can’t wait to see the candid snaps each of you capture!
