Ok, so that wasn't all of it, but it was a solid start. On June 22nd 2019, Sean planned a road trip up to the Blue Mountains after he got the courage to ask Amanda to come visit him out on the farm. On her way down that weekend, all Amanda could think was "where the hell am I going?", as many know that the farm is located in the middle of nowhere. We're talking no cell service, gravel roads, hope you find a friendly neighbor if you're in trouble, more cows than people, middle of nowhere. After pulling into the neighbor's driveway, taking the wrong turn towards what she would later learn was the "machine shed", and struggling to find enough service to send a text, she finally found the farmhouse. The weekend went well. So well that every free weekend from there on out Sean and Amanda spent together. 442 days after their first trip to the Blue Mountains, countless wheat truck trips, buddy seat dates in the tractor, and many memories made in between, Amanda and Sean ventured back to the place where it all began. Little did Amanda know, Sean had more planned than a casual hike to Diamond Peak. It was there that Sean got on a knee and asked Amanda to spend the rest of her life with him.
