Alannah and I first connected through a dating app. From there, our conversations blossomed over the course of a month until we finally met face to face in Blenheim, Ontario. Our initial date was simple yet memorable - a trip to Starbucks followed by a movie. As we explored the local area, it became evident that we shared a desire to spend more time together.

Despite the challenges posed by border closures, our connection remained strong. We leaned heavily on Facetime and Skype during those times apart, eagerly anticipating the moments when we could reunite. September of 2020 marked our next in-person meeting, as travel restrictions began to ease. Alannah's visits to the United States and my trips to Canada became more frequent, allowing us to cherish each other's company.

Throughout our journey, we've embarked on various adventures, from exploring different cities to visiting family. Our travels have taken us to places like Inverness, Florida, where we immersed ourselves in new experiences and created lasting memories. Trips to locations like Cartwright, Oklahoma, and Dallas, Texas, have further strengthened our bond as we navigated through different cultures and landscapes together.

As the years passed, our love continued to deepen, manifesting in countless moments shared across borders. Whether it's a spontaneous day trip or a weeklong getaway, every moment spent together is cherished. From Northern Michigan to Blue Mountain Ontario, and even to the majestic Niagara Falls, our adventures have only enriched our relationship, leaving us eagerly anticipating the many more to come.
