Is there a requested attire for the wedding?
The ceremony will be in formal attire, using the color scheme of the Harry Potter Hogwarts Houses: red, blue, green, and yellow. The reception will be less formal, and we encourage you to wear your Harry Potter robes.
We understand not everyone will want to participate in the theme colors, which is fine. We ask that you do not wear white.

Is there a specific gift registry we should refer to?
Instead of gifts we will appreciate any monetary donations to our honeymoon fund. The link to donate is under the donation tab on our website.
When and where will the wedding be held?
The wedding will be held at the Southeast Regional Library in Gilbert, AZ on September 22nd, 2024. The time and location is on the home page of our website.
Are there any restrictions on photography/videography during the ceremony?
We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We encourage photos and videos anytime before or after the ceremony.
Will there be food provided?
During the reception, we will have dinner catered by Barros Pizza!
Can we bring our pets to the wedding?
Only service animals are allowed in the facility as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Can we suggest songs to be played at the wedding reception?
We would love to hear your song suggestions! Please send us your favorite tracks, and we'll do our best to incorporate them into the playlist.
What is the expected duration of the wedding ceremony and reception?
Please check the homepage for schedule and hours.
Will there be an open bar or a cash bar?
No alcohol will be allowed at the wedding.
Are there any specific guidelines for wedding attire?
The ceremony will be a formal event semi-themed around Harry Potter. Feel free to dress to support your Hogwarts House colors! (Red, Yellow, Blue, Green). The reception will be more laid back with the opportunity to wear your Hogwarts robes or any other Harry Potter outfits.
Will there be designated smoking areas at the venue?
This will be a non-smoking event.
Can we bring our own decorations for the ceremony or reception?
If you wish to donate/loan decorations please arrange that with us before the wedding. Please do not bring any extra decorations to the wedding.
Can we take photographs with the newlyweds during the reception?
After the ceremony, there will be a photo shoot time for everyone to take photos with the Bride and Groom.
Will there be a wedding planner or coordinator available on the day of the event?
