How To Make A Reservation:
Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 715-504-8100 and asking for the Kelly-Spangenberg block or online using group code KSW.
If you choose to book online, go to the hotel website and click "book now." Then select your dates of travel, and number of people staying with you. Next, select "group rate" under the "rate preference" section and enter the code KSW. (Note: if you do not see the group rate selection, select "best available," click search, and then click "change search." The group rate selection should now appear under the "rate preference" section.)

What types of rooms are available?
We have blocked off several different room types. These include: (1) Standard Double Queen—two queen beds, (2) Standard King – one king bed, (3) Queen Suite – two queen beds with sofa sleeper, and (4) King Suite – one king bed with sofa sleeper.
What is the daily rate?
Rates are dependent on the type of room you select. Rates range from $125 a night plus tax for standard king and double queen rooms to $135 a night plus tax for King and Queen Suites.
Note: Rates are based on two-person occupancy. Additional persons (12 and over) are $10.00 Per Person.
How early do I need to reserve a room?
We have a limited supply of each room type so we suggest booking as soon as possible. All reservation must be made prior to 7/30/2024.
How long is the block available?
Rooms reservations must be made prior to 7/30/2024. After this date, we cannot guarantee that a room will be available.
What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Guests can cancel their reservation for a full refund up until 2 days prior to arrival.
Will the shuttle pick up from this hotel?
Yes! The shuttle to and from our wedding will pick up exclusively from this hotel. If you choose not to stay here, you are still welcome to use the shuttle. Simply park your car in the hotel parking lot and hop on the bus!
How long can I book my stay for?
This block is specifically set aside from 8/30/24 to 9/2/24. You can select dates of travel anytime within that time frame. For those looking for an extended trip, you will need to book separate reservations.

The hotel does offer military rates that can be a better deal. However, these rooms are not guaranteed and the pricing does fluctuate day to day. We suggest checking the government rates prior to purchasing to ensure the best deal.
