Yes! We will be providing a shuttle from the hotel we are staying at (listed in the "Travel" tab) to the venue. Pick up will be from the hotel only at 4:15pm for a 5:00 drop off. The shuttle back to the hotel will be at the end of the wedding at 11pm. If you decide to stay for the after party the shuttle will do one final pick up at midnight!

The wedding dress code is formal attire. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) on a grassy hill. The cocktail hour will be indoor/ outdoor. The reception will be held indoors. In the event of rain everything will be moved inside. Keep in mind the time of year it is, and also shoe ware. Please note that our venue does not permit sneakers or blue jeans.

Our venue does not have room for the little ones. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and making it a date night.

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Upon arrival at the venue, you can park by the reception area and walk up a short path to the ceremony space, or you can drive up to the ceremony space and drive back down to reception area when done.

Yes! It will be at Red Maple Vineyard at their outdoor fire pits for an hour after the reception ends. We will have late night snacks, music, and good vibes for everyone who chooses to hang out! It will be held from 11pm to midnight. Shuttle service will be provided back to The Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie only.
