Q + A

CAN I BRING GUESTS/PLUS ONES?

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we only want to accommodate our closest family and friends. We prefer not to meet strangers on our special day. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RVSP BEFORE THE DEADLINE?

If we do not receive your RSVP by the provided deadline, we will unfortunately have to mark your response as a 'No.' While we would love to have you celebrate with us, we are required to submit our final guest count to the venue by a specific date, and late RSVPs cannot be accepted. We hope you understand the importance of this timeline. Please be sure to RSVP no later than May 12, 2025.

Transportation?

Transportation to and from the venue will need to be self-procured. We recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft, or renting a car if needed. Please plan accordingly and make arrangements in advance to ensure you can arrive on time and comfortably. If you have any questions or need assistance with transportation options, feel free to reach out to us!

Child-Minding Services?

Unfortunately, we will not be providing child minding services at the wedding. We kindly ask that parents make their own arrangements for childcare if needed. We understand this might be a challenge for some, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support in this matter. We hope to celebrate with you all!

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fairbanks – A modern hotel offering convenient amenities and great comfort for your stay.

What to Prepare For?

Mosquitos. Lots and lots of mosquitos. Hopefully not, but probably yes. Fist-sized, prolific, perseverant, fervered, unquenchable thirst. It's our state bird and a reminder that everything beautiful in life, being our lovely 24/7 sun in the summers and its landscapes, must fairly be shared with all. A constantly experienced humility.
