Met at the Partners in Mission Conference in Quincy, MA during a cruise of the Boston harbor. This is not only the very 1st photo ever taken, it is also the 1st conversation we ever had! One of Sean's customer's snapped the photo without either one of us knowing!

It didn't take long for us to hit the dance floor

Lucy came to pick me up from the airport on my 1st visit to Michigan! Believe it or not, her face was stuck like this for at LEAST 10 minutes

We high tailed it from the Detroit airport to a Polish festival Lucy was dancing and performing in with her group.

Our 1st date day was at Blake's Farm where we picked fruits and flowers while enjoying some amazing cider

My wonderful cousin, Anna just so happened to be in MI for a residency application and came over from Grand Rapids to stay with me and meet Lucy

We all went out to dinner downtown Detroit. Anna got to spend quality time learning who Lucy is and give her stamp of approval :)

Sean had conferences in NC and TX he had to leave for shortly after arriving giving Thor and I a chance to bond

The night prior, she said yes :D Unfortunately, I was off by a size and the ring didn't fit but not to fret! While we were attending a friends wedding, the jeweler was fixing it
