Yes! The Holiday Inn Airport Hotel. There is a code to be used until August 19th. Please view the travel section for all the details on how to reserve your room before August 19th. That is the date of the cut-off time to use the discount code being offered for all guests.

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus picking people up at 3:00 PM before the ceremony that starts at 4:00. There will be 2 pick-up times before the wedding ends at 11:00 PM and another one at 1:00 AM to take anyone back to the hotel.

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour at 4:30-5:30 PM.

Yes! As soon as you arrive, there will be a sign that says exactly where to park, follow the signs and it should lead you directly to the main large parking lot.

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). If rain may occur there is another location on the property that will hold the ceremony. The reception area will be in doors.

We have decided not to do an online registry. We are both so happy for you to attend our special day, but if you want to contribute to our honeymoon fund, you are more than welcome to send a gift the day of the wedding.

We encourage lots of photos to be taken during the party/reception. We are just encouraging everyone to not use their phones during our ceremony as we have photographers who will be taking pictures. We will also have a photo booth from 8 PM - 10 PM during the reception.
