Q + A

Below you should be able to find any and all answers to your questions. However, after reading through this page thoroughly, if you should still have questions please reach out to the Maid of Honor, Alyssa Misuraca, at 480-772-2534.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP by following the steps in the RSVP tab found above. Each separate event requires its own RSVP, so be sure to clarify your attendance for the welcome day/dinner, ceremony + reception, and send off brunch. We hope to see you at all 3! :)

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 28, 2025. We ask that you follow this deadline seeing as how we have an entire weekend of activities and vendors who require exact guest counts. If you do not provide an answer by February 28th we will have to mark you as "Not Attending" and will not be able to accommodate you.

What if I am unable to attend?

We understand and will miss you dearly! Please still indicate on your RSVP that you will not be attending by February 28th so we can gather a full guest list quickly and thoroughly.

How do I book my accommodations on site?

You will need to call or email the property directly at 928.248.1088 or ahartley@thelostresorts.com and let them know you are booking for the Rex Pruitt party. We have private access to the property Thursday May 29th-Sunday June 1st. Refer to the Excel sheet linked under the "Travel" tab for exact information on each of the cabins. They will be booked on a first come first serve basis so be sure to book quickly and reach out to other guests if you would like to bunk up and split costs!

When is check in and check out?

Depending on how booked the site is in the days leading up to our stay, we may be allowed an early check in. If that is the case, either Serena and Tyler will send out a notice or the site will contact you directly. If you do not hear otherwise, assume a normal 3pm check in if arriving on Thursday. If arriving on Friday, we will already have private access to the venue and you may check in whenever. The same goes for check out- assume around 10am on Sunday unless you hear otherwise!

Are pets allowed?

We would love to have your furry friends join us! The Excel sheet linked under the "Travel" tab should list which cabins allow pets for an additional fee- and you can always clarify with the property itself when you call to book. The site does not have specific requirements about leashing your animals so use your best judgement. However, under no circumstances should they be out and about on property during the ceremony and reception.

Can I bring a date/guest?

We cannot accommodate additional guests. If you have been given a plus one, their name or simply "Guest" will be indicated on the invitation and the digital RSVP.

Are children invited?

We can only allow those names listed on your invitation and digital RSVP. We encourage you to use this opportunity as a weekend away and a fun date night!

What is the dress code/attire?

Click on the hyperlinks for outfit inspo pics! Men, I'm talking to you here. You may need to try clicking them more than once, they're finicky.

Sunday June 1st

Casual- the bride will still be dressing up because DUH it's her wedding weekend, but come in your PJs for all we care!

*This venue is mainly GRASS. Women, avoid stiletto or skinny heels and instead pack chunkier heels, wedges, flats, sandals, or purchase heel protectors.

Are there colors I should refrain from wearing?

Please do not wear colors typically reserved for the bride, including whites, ivories, or creams. This goes for all three events: the welcome dinner, wedding day, and send off brunch. Also be mindful that the bridal party will be wearing eucalyptus green dresses of various styles.

What will the weather be like?

Greer is supposed to be lovely in May! Expect low 70s and sunny during the day. However, it does get COLD at night, down into the 40s. Be sure to bring jackets, and there will also be gas fire pits, heaters, and blankets during all nighttime events.

What food/drinks can I expect to be provided throughout the weekend?

We will be providing dinner on Friday and Saturday and brunch on Sunday. All guests of age will receive welcome drinks on Friday and an open bar on Saturday (please bring cash to tip your bartenders)! All other meals will need to be the responsibility of the guest; the restaurant on site will be open with breakfast and lunch for purchase, and all cabins come equipped with a full kitchen (casitas have a kitchenette) and some with a grill. Refer to the Excel sheet linked under the "Travel" tab for exact amenities provided in each cabin.

What are the alcohol rules on the property?

If you are of age, you are more than welcome to bring alcohol to be enjoyed in your cabin and on your porch. However, you may not drink your own alcohol anywhere on the main property- doing so is in violation of their liquor license. You MAY purchase a six pack of beer from the restaurant and enjoy it in the meadows, and obviously drink purchased drinks to your heart's desire in the barn.
