Due to our venue's strict guest limit, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends!

We love your children, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much-deserved night off for the parents!

Mead Lake Lodge has both an upper and a lower parking area. The lower parking area is a short walk from the venue. We ask that the upper parking area be reserved for the bridal party and elderly guests. Parking is somewhat limited. If possible, we recommend carpooling!

Our ceremony will take place outdoors weather permitting, and our reception will be indoors. Mead Lake has a beautiful and vast outdoors area that guests are welcome to enjoy throughout the reception!

Attire is semi-formal. We invite you to match the bridal party by wearing neutral, fall colors (dark greens, dark reds, oranges, browns, etc.). We also recommend bringing a jacket!

We know that times are tough, and your presence on our special day is more than enough for us! If you would like to purchase a gift for us, we have our registry and a honeymoon fund linked on our website.

We are choosing to have an unplugged ceremony. We ask that guests not take pictures or videos throughout the duration of the ceremony. Please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like during the reception!
