To book a room at The Oakwood:

1. Go o to https://oakwoodresort.com, or click on the website tab below.

2. Click on "book now."

3. Change the check in date to 6/7/24 and the check out date to 6/9/24. Click search.

4. On the right side of the screen, you'll see an option to enter a "group code." Click on "group code" (not promo code) and enter our block code : b595331. Then, click apply.

5. Under the tab that says "rooms," change the "0" to the amount of rooms you wish to book. Once this box has been changed to a number other than zero, the button to "book now" will be active.

You can use the discount to book one night or both! Just change the check in / check out dates to match the night of your stay and the code should discount your total prior to payment.

To book a room at the Hampton Inn, go to https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/warswhx-hampton-warsaw/, or click on the website tab below. You'll see an option to choose your dates and then a button to the right that says "Special Rates." First, choose the dates : check in on June 7th and check out on June 9th. Then, click on the "Special Rates" tab, enter the code "FCW" into the option titled "Group Code," then click "done." Click on the button that says "check rooms and rates." You'll then see available rooms with discounted rates under the "Frazzetta/Compean Wedding" block. Please call 574-268-2600 with questions!

Reservations received after May 7th are accepted on a space available basis and the group rate will no longer be applicable. Please book reservations with the Hampton Inn before May 7th to ensure full access to our discounted rates.
