We met the old fashioned way, girl swipes right on boy, boy sees cute girl likes him, boy asks girl for phone number and she says sure.


We had our first date at Pullman in Iowa City in 2021 which turned into a perfect spot for some of our engagement photos! The rest was history after that. I lived in Moline and Seth lived in Cedar Rapids so we did long distance for about a year. During that time we took advantage of every minute we could spend together. I spent my days off laying on Seths couch while he worked and Seth would make many visits back to IL with me to visit my family.


After the year of long distance I made the move to Cedar Rapids. Since then Ive adopted many of Seths hobbies; skiing, golfing, kickball, and parenting (Our dog Gable & Jean.)


April 2023 we took our first international vacation together to Scotland. I was so convinced we were not getting engaged I told many people there was no chance of it happening. On our first full day I got the surprise of a lifetime right by the Loup of Fintry waterfall.


We are so excited to celebrate with all our friends and family!
