Seth and Taylor’s love story began unexpectedly in 2019 at a lively birthday party for a mutual friend. Despite having an early football practice the next morning, Seth decided to join a game, where he met Taylor. This playful encounter sparked a beautiful friendship that later transformed Taylor’s outlook on love.

Feeling a void in her previous relationship, Taylor found herself reflecting on her bond with Seth. The way he treated her in their friendship emphasized the qualities she truly desired in a partner—qualities she had never fully experienced before. This realization weighed heavily on her heart until one day, she decided to take a leap of faith. With courage, she ended her previous relationship, ready to explore the genuine bond that had blossomed with Seth.

This decision marked the beginning of a love that felt like home, a love that would be patient and authentic, and a love that would be everlasting.

Seth and Taylor started their relationship on October 1, 2020. They attended college together, merging their social circles to form a large friend group that they continue to appreciate. Taylor graduated first and moved to St. Louis to pursue her professional career in pharmaceutical sales— leading to the start of a mid-distance relationship while Seth completed his education and football career. Upon his graduation, Seth relocated to St. Louis to pursue a professional career at Boeing. Initially, they lived separately for their first year in St. Louis. After a year of splitting time between each other's apartments, Seth and Taylor purchased their first home together in Saint Charles, MO.

Over four meaningful years, they came to realize they had found their forever partner. Their love is effortless, patient, and genuine, a feeling that greatly contrasted any experience they had before meeting one another. They have grown and created a vibrant life together, which prompted Seth to realizing he wanted to spend forever with Taylor.

In planning a surprise proposal for Taylor, Seth executed a thoughtful scheme. In early September 2024, they attended a close friend’s wedding where they befriended the photographer shooting that day. The photographer, weeks later, contacted Taylor on Instagram and invited her and Seth to do a styled photoshoot for her portfolio.

Unbeknownst to Taylor, Seth orchestrated this elaborate plan with the photographer, to propose in a way that he knew would be special and memorable for her. The same photographers will document their wedding on November 14th, 2025, and continue to capture Taylor and Seth’s love via a lense.

Taylor and Seth are extremely grateful to everyone who has stood by their side, and been part of their journey together. They cannot wait to celebrate their love with all of their favorite people!
