The wedding will take place at Schaffer's Camp Lodge at Northstar on Saturday September 9th, 2017 at 5:30pm. We will be taking gondolas from Northstar Village in order to get to the venue. Be warned, the lodge is at 7000 ft elevation, so drink carefully!

The rehearsal dinner will be on Thursday September 7th, 2017 at around 5pm. It will be an outdoor event, we will have croquet, mini golf and bocci ball. It will take place at Martis Camp where Tommy's parents have their home.

Traveling from out of town:

The Reno airport is about a 30-45 minute drive from Northstar. Shuttles are available for pick-up for around $100. Most events for the wedding will be taking place within a close vicinity, although it may be nice to have a rental car if you want to be able to get around easier. We

Lodging options:

The highlands Gondola is located in the village at Northstar. That will be the main transportation up to the Shaffer Lodge, and there will be signs throughout Northstar Village directing you to the Gondolas.

There are many condos available for rent thru VRBO and AirBNB without a minimum stay.

VRBO - Northstar at Tahoe - Northstar Village. Aspen Grove Condos are walking distance to village. Indian Hills is another choice. All of the condos have a huge playground, pool, spa, tennis courts and workout facility.

The Village also has a Starbucks and 2 additional Restaurants.

Northstar at Tahoe is 5 miles from the actual Lake, 7 miles from Truckee and 7 miles from Stateline of Nevada for gambling enthusiasts.
