There are 10 rooms available at these rates in our block split evenly between King & Queen Standard rooms. Once that limit has been reached, unfortunately, the hotel has reached the max capacity for discounted group rooms threshold, and the guest(s) will have to pay standard day rates for their stay. Below I will list the directions for online booking and booking directly with the hotel. Please reach out to me if you have any questions!


Online Booking:
1. Click on provided booking link (listed in website area).
2. The link will take you to the main website for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Grand Blanc.
3. Select your arrival and departure dates.
4. The system will populate the room types in the block with the discounted rate.
5. Input all requested information.
6. If you are an IHG Rewards Member input your number to receive points.


Booking Directly with Hotel:
1. Call the Hotel Direct – Hotel Direct Phone Number -(810)-695-3000
2. Ask to make a reservation under block name & three letter code (Reed Irving Wedding).
3. Tell front desk agent selected dates needed to book.
